Reservations

While our inventory is extensive, reservations are recommended to guarantee availability.
50% of rental fee is due at time of reservation. Balance is due prior to delivery or pickup.

Rentals

All items come to you clean & ready for use.
Breakage or shortages will be charged for the replacement.
Linen must be returned on hangers and free of refuse. Hanger replacement is $2 per hanger.

Cancellations

14 Days prior lo the event: Tents are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. All other items are subject to a 25% cancellation Fee

No refunds on cancellations 48 hours prior to scheduled pick-up or delivery.

Tent Policies

Our tent prices include set up & take down. Mileage is extra. Tent permits may be required. Inquire. Site surface & location information is important.
No signs to be hung directly on walls with tape or pins, etc.
A cleaning or a replacement charge will be assessed.

Linen Policy

Linens must be returned on the hangers, dry and free of refuse. Any burns, holes, wax stains or un-removable stains will result in replacement charges.

Hanger Replacement per hanger $2

Cleaning Policy

All dishes and cutlery must be returned washed and in their original containers. A cleaning charge of the full rental rate will be assessed on items returned dirty.
